Financial information is used to bill you for products. You may receive information from us regarding new products and special offers. We wont share your email address with anyone else.
C. When you use the Site to purchase a gift certificate, we will collect from you personally identifiable information regarding the gift recipient or potential gift recipient.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, we will happily accept a return within 10 days after you received the item for a complete refund, less shipping cost. Please allow transit time for your package so that we receive your return within the 10 day period. If you received free shipping, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON "ON SALE" ITEMS.
The following items are not refundable,merchandise-handmade and custom items, personalized items, cosmetics and bath and body products.
Items must be returned to our return center in new and unused condition, be in original packaging and with all tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our customer service department by calling 908-766-0101. When returning an item, please include the original copy of your sales receipt and write the RMA number on the outside of the returned item box. If you do not write the RMA # on the box we will not accept delivery and we will be unable to process your return.
Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase at Once Upon A Time Baby.
Returns will be processed within 14 days after item is received.
Shipping
For your convenience we offer four methods of shipping: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air. All packages are shipped via UPS. Our shipping and delivery days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for all orders using Ground within the 50 United States. All other shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out and are based upon weight, dimension and delivery address.

At this time, Once Upon A Time Baby does not ship items outside the 50 United States. We do, however, encourage customers who live outside the United States to consult with a freight forwarding company, we will be happy to ship items to the freight forwarding company with in the US that can then ship items to international destinations.
Sales Tax
Once Upon A Time Baby collects slaes tax only within New Jersey. If your shipment is going outsied of New Jersey, we will not charge sales tax. Once Upon A Time Baby charges 7% sales tax for orders shipped with in the stae of New Jersey, however, there is no sales tax charged on Clothing items.

We use industry standard SSL encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication are not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any info sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with.
Once Upon A Time Baby uses reasonable security measures to help protect against the loss, missuse and alteration of personally identifiable information that is under our control. No security system or system transmitting data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You provide all information at your own risk.
